Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We charge a flat rate of PKR 200 for delivery within Pakistan for orders below the free delivery threshold. Orders above this threshold qualify for free delivery.

How long do I have to return an order?
We offer a hassle-free return policy within 2 days of delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, we kindly request that you record a video of the damaged parcel as evidence. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Contact our customer support team with the video evidence to initiate the return process promptly.
